All UK orders are shipped via DPD Express. Orders usually process within 3-5 working days. This will take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

INTERNATIONAL - £25

All international orders are shipped via UPS tracked + signed. Please allow extra time for international postage usually 7-10 working days.

We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns. All sales are final. Items purchased will only be eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Due to increased traffic on all orders placed over the Black Friday sale period cannot be amended, or cancelled. We cannot be held responsible if this is skipped.

Exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock levels but store credit is. Items should be shipped with tracking and insurance as we are not liable for delayed or lost parcels.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our store policy states we are not responsible for packages once they are shipped with the courier, the responsibility is now between the shipping carrier and the customer. For claims and issues with delivery of your package please contact the courier’s customer service and open a parcel dispute with them. It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day their parcel is due to be delivered. 

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when ordering and contains the right apartment number if necessary. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. Items stuck in transit are out of our control and need to be dealt with the shipping provider (DPD).
