Returns

All sales are final, unless an error has been made on our side. We offer an exchange or store-credit only policy.

Exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock levels, but store credit is. Items must be shipped within 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. With tracking and insurance as we are not liable for lost parcels.

Exchanges
Go to https://www.suavoworld.com/apps/returns to start your exchange. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a returns label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you store credit for all or part of your order. In order to get started, all you need is the email address associated with your order and your order number to make an exchange with us. Exchange Process Visit https://www.suavoworld.com/apps/returns.

Enter your email address and order number. Follow the steps and select whether you would like an exchange for your selected products or store credit. Once you have completed the process and paid for the exchange, you will be emailed a shipping label. Please print out the shipping label and apply it to the outside of the parcel securely. Please use this to cover the original shipping label if possible. Place the items you are returning or exchanging into the order box and seal them up securely. Take the box to your local courier drop-off point; you can find this here https://www.evri.com/parcelshops.

Enter your postcode to find your nearest drop-off point. Once your order has been received, and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your store credit and or exchange. You will receive a final update email when your store credit or exchange is processed. You will receive email updates throughout the process, from dropping off your exchange to the arrival at our warehouse.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods. Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of the courier. All claims must be filed with the respective parcel service that is delivering your package.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when ordering and contains the right door/apartment number.
